Todd serves as Head Chef at Guardian Recovery’s Montville Adolescent Center, where he creates nourishing meals for adolescents receiving substance use and mental health treatment. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Todd honed his skills through an internship with celebrity chef David Burke and gained experience at several prestigious country clubs.
Beyond his culinary credentials, Todd brings a deeply personal perspective to his role. Having navigated his own recovery journey from substance use, he connects authentically with the adolescents he serves, understanding their struggles firsthand. Todd is passionate about using food as a tool for comfort, structure, and healing, while serving as a positive role model who demonstrates that recovery and fulfillment are possible. His dedication to helping young people find hope and rebuild their lives embodies Guardian Recovery’s mission of guiding individuals toward lasting wellness.
